Strive to successfully apply for five national "three product" strategic demonstration cities with significant results and distinctive characteristics by 2025, cultivate and develop more than 10 service providers for digital transformation of consumer goods, and establish more than 10 public service platforms for digital transformation of consumer goods... In order to promote the addition of varieties, quality improvement, and brand creation of consumer goods, Nine departments including the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Three Year Action Plan for Implementing the" Digital Three Products "in the Consumer Goods Industry in Guangdong Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"). Industry experts believe that this series of measures will work together from both supply and demand sides, enhance the supply capacity of high-end, intelligent, and green products through digital driving, and stimulate the endogenous power of enterprises to increase the supply of high-end consumer goods. Develop guidelines for digital transformation by industry. With the vigorous development of new generation digital technology, digital development has become an inevitable trend. The "three products" strategy (i.e., increasing varieties, improving quality, and creating brands) urgently needs digital assistance to reach a new level. The Action Plan proposes the goal of "double ten, double nine, double eight", striving to cultivate and develop more than 10 digital transformation service providers for consumer goods, and establish more than 10 public service platforms for digital transformation of consumer goods by 2025. The penetration rate of digital R&D and design tools for enterprises above designated size is not less than 90%, the penetration rate of digital production and operation management is not less than 90%, and the penetration rate of digital storage and logistics management is not less than 80%, The proportion of successful application of e-commerce shall not be less than 80%. In order to achieve the above goals, the Action Plan proposes five major tasks: enhancing the awareness of digital transformation, improving the level of digital transformation in industries and clusters, strengthening enterprise digital applications, improving digital innovation capabilities, and building a good ecosystem for digital transformation. The consumer goods industry covers a variety of industrial sectors such as light industry, textiles, food, and medicine. How can we classify and implement policies to promote the digital transformation of the industry? The Action Plan proposes to strengthen the guidance for the digital transformation of the consumer goods industry, develop guidelines for digital transformation by industry, and focus on improving the awareness of digital transformation and digital construction, digital collaboration, and digital innovation capabilities of enterprises. Guangdong will focus on key industrial clusters in the consumer goods industry, and promote the digital transformation of key industries and industrial clusters in accordance with the "Four Ones" standard configuration of "one digital industrial chain model, one digital transformation guide, one public service platform, and one set of industry-specific digital solutions" for an industry. The Action Plan provides specific development guidance for key consumer products such as health food, smart home appliances, furniture, textile and clothing, elderly and young disability products, medical devices, intelligent wearable devices, cosmetics, toys, electric bicycles, and other key tasks such as data driven R&D and design innovation, promoting digital transformation of manufacturing processes, and improving the level of digital marketing. For example, in the digitization of manufacturing links in the clothing industry, the Action Plan proposes to accelerate the construction of a "cloud factory" for clothing manufacturing, respond to the fragmented demand for clothing orders with a "small order quick response" model, comprehensively utilize the production execution system, open up the information flow and business flow of various production links between factories, and customize the fabric, cutting bed, sewing, quality inspection Production data from warehousing and shipping processes are synchronized to the enterprise system platform,
