Military and local procuratorial organs at all levels have conscientiously implemented the Opinions and actively strengthened investigation and research, and various cooperative regions have generally established systems and mechanisms such as joint case handling, regular work meetings, information briefings, regular visits, and sending the law to the military barracks, so as to make the cooperation between military and local procuratorial organs more scientific and standardized. As the legal supervision organ, the military and local procuratorial organs at all levels, based on their case-handling functions, insist on striking hard at cases that endanger the interests of national defense and the legitimate rights and interests of military personnel. In 2022, the relevant military and civilian departments jointly issued the Opinions on the Joint Strengthening of the Prevention and Control of the Safety Risk of Unexploded Ammunition in the Military Training Ground by the Military and the Civil Service to crack down on and control the digging, buying and selling of unexploded ordnance and shell fragments in accordance with the law, and jointly maintain the order of the military restricted zone and the military administrative zone. In addition to strengthening the fight against military-related criminal crimes, the military-civilian procuratorial organs at all levels have actively expanded the channels of cooperation in public interest litigation, and explored the establishment of military-civilian cooperation mechanisms in the fields of protection of national defense cables, military traffic safety, recruitment of military personnel, transfer of disabled soldiers, and protection of cultural relics and cultural heritage; Vigorously promote civil and administrative procuratorial cooperation, and carry out in-depth cooperation in military-related civil support prosecution and civil enforcement supervision by means of joint provision of legal assistance, assistance in the collection of evidence, and suggestions for supporting prosecution. By means of public hearings, expert consultation, and reconciliation, explore and promote cooperation in the supervision of administrative violations and the supervision of the execution of administrative judgments. Increasing military judicial assistance is an important measure for procuratorial organs to actively perform their duties according to law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of military personnel. In 2022, the national procuratorial organs actually rescued more than 20 million yuan from military families. At the same time, the military and local procuratorial organs at all levels focused on the protection needs of "military children", and built a three-dimensional network of "military children" protection by establishing a special cooperation mechanism and improving supporting protection measures.
