Several members of various sectors made suggestions on how Shenzhen can promote the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. As an important engine for the development of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, Shenzhen has steadily promoted the improvement of the level of connectivity between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the promotion of the convergence of rules and mechanisms, and the facilitation of the development of Hong Kong people, Hong Kong and enterprises in Shenzhen, including the introduction of Several Measures for Further Facilitating the Development of Hong Kong and Macao Residents in Shenzhen, and the nine practical facts of Qianhai and Hong Kong. In the speech at the conference, Lin Zhiyue, member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Taiwan League, proposed to accelerate the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, including making good use of the comprehensive reform pilot policy and deepening the reform of mutual recognition of talent qualifications; Build platform innovation services and optimize the convenience measures for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign talents to practice in Shenzhen; Deepen the docking of systems and rules, and create an international first-class talent system environment. Lin Zhiyue suggested that innovation cooperation organizations or alliances should be established in Shenzhen, and science and technology summits should be held regularly; Take Shenzhen Qianhai and Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone as the platform to build an important demonstration base for the integration of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan youth into Shenzhen's development; We will explore how to allow universities in Hong Kong and Macao to use the scientific research funds applied by the Shenzhen Research Institute for cross-border allocation to the headquarters of universities in Hong Kong and Macao for scientific research activities. Huang Bufu, member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and CEO of EasyVision Smart Tong Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., proposed that Shenzhen strengthen and strengthen the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, which is the first demonstration to expand the employment space of Hong Kong and Macao youth and support Hong Kong and Macao to better integrate into the overall national development situation. Huang Bufu proposed to speed up the expansion of the scope of mutual recognition of professional qualifications between Hong Kong, Macao and overseas; Provide diversified financial support, aiming at the core cross-border capital needs of Hong Kong and Macao youth in Shenzhen, such as account opening, payment and investment, and strive for more pilot qualification of "cross-border financial management" business in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao within the jurisdiction of Shenzhen; Set up a model of successful young entrepreneurs in Hong Kong and Macao, and hold the "Top Ten Young Entrepreneurs in Shenzhen and Hong Kong". The Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League proposed to focus on strengthening the top-level design of youth work, including promoting the establishment of a Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth development think tank, strengthening community exchanges and cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, establishing a Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth association development alliance between cities, and forming a "building in pairs" mechanism. The Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League also proposed to comprehensively deepen exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao youth, vigorously support the academic development of Hong Kong and Macao youth, and promote the solution of the employment problems of Hong Kong and Macao youth. These include holding the Shenzhen International Youth Expo, actively applying for the Global Youth Leadership Forum, hosting the National Youth Development City Forum, promoting the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Youth College, and building the Hong Kong-Macao Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Guidance Center in Qianhai with high standards. On the committee channel, Luo Xuan, the associate vice president of City University of Hong Kong, suggested that Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Park and Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Park establish a deep cooperation mechanism, further deepen the cooperation between the two parks, and strengthen the cooperation mechanism of investment attraction and achievement transformation through the establishment of enclave parks, the establishment of joint ventures, and the exchange of senior directors.
