According to public data, Wu Xuemin was born in February 1968 in Qinglong, Hebei Province. He started working in July 1990 and joined the CPC in June 2003. In the "double opening" notice, he was referred to as "the three outlooks are extremely distorted, the greed is extremely inflated, the main responsibility of governing the party and the financial security are ignored", and "eating finance by finance", "being enthusiastic about drinking and crisscrossing" and so on. Yao Kai was born in Lujiang, Anhui Province in December 1969. He started working in August 1990 and joined the CPC in April 1998. In the "double opening" notice, he was accused of "illegally owning the shares of unlisted companies", and "openly using the power to take charge of urban construction projects, and colluding with illegal businessmen to eat inside and outside". The Anhui Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision recently publicly announced the typical spiritual problems of violating the eight provisions of the Central Committee, involving the above two persons. From 2013 to 2021, Yao Kai received gifts such as gifts, shopping cards, high-grade drinks, cordyceps and other gifts from a number of management and service objects, amounting to 844000 yuan (RMB, the same below). He also accepted private business owners' arrangements to travel with his family for many times.
