Recently, the "Capital Culture Forum (the third issue in total)" was held online, with the theme of "Promoting the construction of the National Cultural Center in Beijing through cultural interface innovation". Zheng Shuiquan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China, attended the forum and delivered a speech. He pointed out that culture is closely linked with national governance and human civilization, and the most core symbols of the country, nation and organization should ultimately be reflected in culture and civilization. The core of telling the world a good story of China is to tell the Chinese spirit and culture well, so it is necessary to bring civilization and culture into the field of research. Second, we should pay special attention to the political, representative and inclusive characteristics of the capital culture. Third, we should speed up the high-quality development of the cultural industry, build the cultural business card of "watching Beijing in the big picture", and promote the development of high-quality industries to promote consumption and the steady development of high-level consumption. He stressed that at present, Beijing, the capital, has issued a series of plans and implemented a series of measures around the construction of the "four centers", and academic research should give more theoretical attention to the practice and exploration of the construction of the "four centers". This forum is an exploration and effort to promote the cultural construction of the capital by relying on the solid accumulation of Renmin University of China's "unique" in the field of humanities and social sciences, gathering the strength and wisdom of experts inside and outside the university. It is hoped that the Academy will actively implement the spirit of the 15th Party Congress of the University, play a good role as a platform, and launch more achievements in the major strategic deployment of serving the capital Beijing. Li Wenzhao, vice president of the Capital Development and Strategy Research Institute of Renmin University of China, and vice secretary of the Party Committee and professor of the School of Public Administration, released a theme report entitled "Cultural Interface Innovation to Promote the Construction of the National Cultural Center in Beijing, the Capital". From the perspective of cultural interface innovation and with the help of eight examples of cultural interfaces in Beijing, the report answers the question of how to look at the construction of the National Cultural Center in Beijing. Professor Li pointed out that under the guidance of four cultural types of red, ancient capital, Beijing charm and innovation and five functions of cohesion, radiation, innovation, communication and service guarantee, Beijing has constructed eight cultural interfaces: (1) red cultural interfaces are constructed based on the Red Mansion of Peking University, the Fragrant Hill Revolutionary Memorial Hall and the CPC History Exhibition Hall; (2) Build the cultural interface of the old city on the basis of the famous historical and cultural city and the application for cultural heritage of the central axis; (3) Build the natural and cultural interface based on the Great Wall, the Grand Canal and the Yongding River in Xishan; (4) Build the cultural interface of old Beijing on the basis of watching Beijing, guild halls and hutongs; (5) Build industrial heritage cultural interface based on Shougang and 798 Art District; (6) Build the Olympic cultural interface based on the Summer Olympics and Winter Olympics; (7) Build an international cultural interface based on the embassy area, international talent community and international communication activities; (8) Build innovative cultural interface based on "three cities and one district" and global digital economy benchmarking cities.
