A fake student bus card led to an industrial chain of student ID card counterfeiting. The couple forged more than 4400 student ID cards and were punished by a woman who bought a fake student bus card for petty gain. She was captured by the police and sentenced to administrative detention for seven days. Subsequently, a criminal gang that forged student cards surfaced. On December 15 this year, after the Beijing Shijingshan District Procuratorate filed a public prosecution according to law, the court sentenced the defendants Sun and Zhou to one year and four months of fixed-term imprisonment and one year and two months of fixed-term imprisonment respectively for the crime of forging the seals of public institutions, with a fine of 10000 yuan each, and more than 190000 yuan of confiscated illegal income. "Di! Student card." One evening in May this year, 35 year old Xiao Ping (not her real name) got on the bus back to the suburb of Beijing as usual, but she had just finished swiping her card. Two policemen came up to her and asked, "Comrade, please show me your ID card. Are you a student?" Xiao Ping knew that her disguise as a college student to swipe the student's bus card was exposed, so she had to tell her that she bought a fake student card from the Internet and handled the student's bus card to save commuting fees. It turns out that Xiao Ping lives in the outer suburbs of Beijing and works in the city. It costs nearly 1000 yuan a month to go to work by bus. Some people only pay 20% of the fare when they swipe their student cards, and they also want to get a fake student card. Through online search, she quickly found a shop, paid 160 yuan, uploaded photos according to the seller's requirements, and a few days later received the completed "three piece student card set", which contains a student card with the name of a university, a student bus card and a registration seal. After recharging, Xiao Ping began to use this "student bus card". According to the investigation, from November 2021 to May this year, Xiao Ping used a forged student card to recharge the bus card at the Beijing bus recharging point for many times. According to the confession of Xiao Ping and others, the police found the online business selling fake certificates, and found the family of the suspect Sun and Zhou who made fake certificates. After investigation, they ordered a batch of forged seals of well-known universities through the Internet in 2019, bought blank pages of student cards, card sets with university names and other items, and started the business of making their own student cards. The division of labor between the two people is clear. Sun is responsible for finding customers in Beijing and sending the photos sent by the customers to Zhou after processing. Zhou is responsible for printing photos in other places and stamping the steel seals of various universities on the student cards and the photos on the bus cards. He sends them to customers together with the student bus cards and registration seals Sun bought online. After selling, Sun is also responsible for dealing with after-sales problems such as dropping anti-counterfeit stickers and reissue. Over the past three years, the couple has not only formed a set of production lines for student ID card forgery, but also developed more than a dozen offline "agents". The best selling "agents" can earn up to RMB 8900 a day. In this way, the gang of forged certificates continued to attract customers, accumulate public praise and grow by relying on the mutual recommendation of buyers. At the time of capture, it had sold more than 4400 sets of fake student cards, involving more than 390000 yuan and illegally profiting more than 190000 yuan. After Sun and Zhou arrived at the case, they confessed to the fact that they used forged seals of public institutions to make certificates and sold them. The prosecutor believes that the facts of their crimes are clear and the evidence is really sufficient
