Strictly implement relevant regulations on passengers not to check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test and health code, not to carry out "landing inspection", and not to register information. In the areas where the road passenger transport service was suspended due to the epidemic situation in the early stage, relevant operators should be organized quickly to resume operation. Road passenger transport operators should be supported to carry out customized passenger transport, electronic ticket, transportation and tourism integration and other services. The notice requires that local transportation authorities should urge and guide road passenger transport operators to strictly implement disinfection and ventilation measures for passenger stations and operating buses, personal protection measures for employees, and "all should receive" COVID-19 vaccine, and guide passengers to wear masks throughout the journey.
