A drugstore was fined for overcharging drugs beyond the marked price. At present, the city has investigated and dealt with many cases of illegal prices of epidemic prevention supplies. The epidemic situation in Beijing is still at a high level. After the introduction of the New National Ten Rules and the Beijing Ten Rules, the demand for epidemic prevention and control drugs and medical devices has increased dramatically. After Beijing adjusted the purchase measures of "four categories of drugs", the market supervision departments of the city continued to increase the enforcement and inspection of the prices of "four categories of drugs", antigen test kits and other epidemic prevention and control supplies. Up to now, the market supervision department of Beijing has reported three cases of illegal prices of epidemic prevention supplies, with the maximum amount of punishment proposed to be 300000 yuan. The reporter of Beijing Youth Daily combed the three cases of illegal price of epidemic prevention supplies, two of which were related to the currently popular antigen test kits. On December 7, Chaoyang District Market Supervision Bureau received a report and filed an investigation on the high price sales of antigen kits in Chaoyang No. 1 Branch of Beijing Rehabilitation Home Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. It was found that during the period from December 1, 2022 to December 7, 2022, the parties concerned sold Fosun novel coronavirus (2019 nCoV) antigen detection kit (colloidal gold method) (specification: 25 people/box) on Meituan platform, with the list price of 229 yuan/box, and the purchase unit prices were 61.25 yuan/box, 67.5 yuan/box, and 75 yuan/box respectively. Due to the different sales preferences of Meituan platform in different periods, the actual sales unit prices were 179 yuan/box, 216.5 yuan/box, and 229 yuan/box respectively, The price difference rate between purchase and sales reached 273.9%, which was much higher than that of similar products in the surrounding markets during the same period. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, Chaoyang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has delivered the Notice of Administrative Penalty to the party concerned, and plans to give the party a warning and impose an administrative penalty of 200000 yuan. In the afternoon of December 12, the Haidian District Market Supervision and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade received a tip off clue. A photography studio in the area under its jurisdiction sold antigen detection kits at a high price. The law enforcement personnel rushed out to conduct a surprise inspection of the above photography studio. After investigation, law enforcement officers found 7 cases of antigen test kits from different manufacturers that had been sold out in the studio, and found three manually recorded sales lists and 2 unsold antigen test kits at the cash register. Upon investigation, the studio sold 25 antigen test kits for each box at a price of 250 yuan. The price of antigen test kits sold by the enterprise was much higher than the price of similar antigen test kits in the surrounding markets at the same time, which constituted an illegal act of driving up prices. The Haidian District Market Supervision Bureau investigated the enterprise and whether it constituted a case of unlicensed operation. According to the on-site inspection and preliminary investigation, Haidian District Market Supervision Bureau plans to impose an administrative penalty of 300000 yuan on the illegal acts suspected of driving up prices and operating without certificates. Another illegal pricing act occurred in Chaoyang District, which was an illegal act of drug stores charging more than the marked price for drugs. In the afternoon of December 7, Chaoyang District Market Supervision Bureau received complaints from residents, reflecting that the price of the drug "cefaclor dry suspension" sold in a large pharmacy in the area increased. The law enforcement personnel obtained the details of the store's sales records and purchase receipts on the spot, and compared them with the sales receipts and physical photos provided by the reporter
