System integration refers to the integration of all functional parts into a unified system. Modern products and services are characterized by system and comprehensive integration. Although every part of the system already exists, the idea of integration is novel and unprecedented, and its innovation lies in the way of integration. As a subsystem of the social system, education is not only restricted by its own development laws, but also affected by the whole social system and its economic, political, scientific, technological and cultural subsystems. The integration of internal and external functions of the education system is mainly reflected in the following three aspects. First, the integration of regions and universities.
