Both China and Argentina are major developing countries and emerging market countries. The two sides should draw a blueprint for the development of bilateral relations from a strategic perspective, and promote the China Arab comprehensive strategic partnership to constantly achieve new results. The two sides should carry out exchanges and cooperation in culture, media, education, sports, youth, local and other fields, speed up high-quality cooperation in jointly building the "the Belt and Road", and deepen and expand cooperation in agriculture, energy, infrastructure, aerospace and other fields. China is willing to import more high-quality Argentine products. In February this year, I went to Beijing to attend the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics and successfully met with you, which has yielded fruitful results. The Afghan side is full of expectations for further deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Afghanistan and China. Argentina will always be a friend and brother of China and will always support China in safeguarding its sovereignty and territorial integrity. The Arab side is willing to work with China to promote cooperation in economy, trade, finance and other fields, promote the construction of the "the Belt and Road", and build a community of shared future between the two countries. The Afghan side hopes to strengthen coordination and cooperation with China under the BRICS and other multilateral frameworks and will actively promote the development of Latin America China relations.
