No matter how dangerous or difficult it is, you must go forward to the snowy plateau and gallop with cavalry. At the beginning of August this year, a company organized complex road driving. After driving on a "washboard road", the vehicle driven by Private Wei Junke began to swing from side to side due to excessive turbulence. At this scene, Ma Teng, the leader of the branch, immediately stopped. Wei Junke couldn't help muttering, "This road condition is really bad!" "You can't choose the weather, terrain or time in a war. How many Dabans did we turn in the last mission? Even if the road is flat and straight, in case of being damaged by the enemy, you won't leave?" Ma Teng can't help thinking of an experience two years ago. Over the past decade, Ma Teng has driven many times. In the auto company, the glory of driving the "first car" belongs only to the most skilled driver. That time, Ma Teng went to a border defense company to deliver winter supplies. In the plateau at the end of September, the wind and snow have come. In the cab, he held the steering wheel tightly, but his palms were sweating - this section of road has an average altitude of more than 5000 meters, more than 100 kilometers of "washboard road", and the topsoil on the road is more than 10 centimeters thick, which can be buried to the ankles once getting off the car. When you reach a steep mountain road, you should stick to the cliff while facing the cliff. At the narrowest point, you must back up while turning. The cliff is under the wheel, and life and death are within a millisecond. Over 100 kilometers of mountain roads, the team walked for 7 hours. The roads on the plateau are in dangerous conditions, with six or seven miles of driving and eight or nine times of danger. After this mission, Ma Teng deeply felt: "The smooth training can not be done any more, and the smooth road can not train excellent drivers." In the past, for the sake of safety, the company often paid more attention to some new drivers when carrying out mobile training. Most of them were driven by old drivers when they came to dangerous and difficult areas such as "washboard roads" and "mountain roads". Since that mission, the company has spared no efforts to take the route to Tibet as a natural training ground on the basis of good security precautions. It will practice wherever it is weak and whatever it is badly needed to constantly improve the ability of officers and soldiers. Once, when the team climbed over Daban, it encountered a snowstorm. Some officers and soldiers, considering the safety problem, suggested to stay for a while, and then go on their way after the snow stops. After carefully analyzing the road conditions and weather conditions, company commander Meng Fanlong and instructor Liu Qing, together with several key cadres, decided to move forward no matter how dangerous or difficult it is.
