In order to thoroughly implement the major decision and deployment of the central government on "double reduction" and strictly control online training violations, the Ministry of Education carried out the 20th inspection on online training institutions and website platforms from September 24 to October 12 around the beginning of the fall semester and the National Day holiday. A total of 89 clues of violations were found during the inspection. The violations mainly included organizing competition training in violation of regulations, conducting discipline training without authorization, or online training for preschool children aged 3-6, and pushing discipline training advertisements and soft articles. In view of the above violations and other illegal training problems in small video and online conference rooms, "one-to-one" chat and other ways, the Ministry of Education, together with the departments of Internet Information Technology and Industry Information Technology, is guiding local governments to strengthen governance, urge the website platform to improve governance rules, and deal with them whenever they are found, so as to ensure a clean network environment. At the same time, the Ministry of Education has guided all localities to strictly punish violations, resolutely prevent the repetition of the old pattern, and earnestly consolidate the effectiveness of "double reduction" governance. At the time of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the national education system should keep in mind that "the country is the largest", resolutely implement the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, stand at the strategic height of the overall cause of the Party and the country, constantly deepen the understanding of the significance of regulating after-school training, and unswervingly promote the governance of after-school training.
