During the event, the reporters visited the Beijing Bell and Drum Tower Cultural Relics Conservatory, Sanlihe Park, Yongdingmen and other places. In the Drum Tower, reporters visited the "story of time" digital immersive exhibition, and learned about the "past and present" of the Drum Tower and the unique charm of the Beijing Central Axis through VR and other digital immersive experience technologies. In the Paint Guild Hall of Sanlihe Park, the reporters learned about the work of "open door protection" in the park and the experience of activating and utilizing the cultural relics and historic sites in the park. At Yongdingmen Gate, reporters climbed the city tower to overlook the urban landscape of Beijing. Tian Wenwen, Head of the Comprehensive Department of the Cultural Relics Research Center in Dongcheng District, Beijing, said that with the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the protection of the space landscape of the central axis in Beijing, the quality of the environment around the central axis has been continuously improved.
