The Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission recently released the Announcement on the Delay in the Payment of Administrative and Institutional Fees of Enterprises and Individual Business Branches. According to the announcement, from October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the charging items in the List of Delayed Payment of Administrative Fees Involving Enterprises and Individual Businesses that should be paid by enterprises and individual businesses will be postponed for one quarter from the date of payment, and no late fees will be charged.
