In recent years, Banqiao Town, Lin'an District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, has established and improved the protection of traditional cultural talent teams, actively tapped local folk artists, traditional handicraftsmen, young craftsmen and other talent resources, guided traditional cultural talents to go deep into schools, villages and towns and other grass-roots units to perform and teach traditional cultural skills, and assisted in the inheritance and cultivation of traditional culture. On September 6, Guo Xinming, a Panpipe artist from Hangzhou Shuntian musical instrument factory, gave a Panpipe lesson to the students of Banqiao primary school in Banqiao Town. Combining with the characteristics of rich resources of the local bamboo flute musical instrument factory, the school has set up PaiXiao class, Hulusi class and bamboo flute class to guide children to learn and inherit Chinese traditional musical instruments.
