In terms of money supply, at the end of July, the balance of China's broad money (M2) was 257.81 trillion yuan, up 12% year-on-year, 0.6 and 3.7 percentage points higher than the end of last month and the same period of last year respectively; The balance of narrow money (M1) was 66.18 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%, 0.9 and 1.8 percentage points higher than the end of last month and the same period of last year respectively. In addition, China's RMB deposits increased by 44.7 billion yuan in July, an increase of 1.18 trillion yuan over the previous year. According to social financing data released on the same day, China's social financing scale increased by 756.1 billion yuan in July, 319.1 billion yuan less than the same period of the previous year; At the end of July, the stock of social financing scale was 334.9 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.7% year on year.
