Over the past year, the Ministry of education, together with relevant departments, has comprehensively strengthened the supervision of discipline training. According to a third-party survey of 750000 teachers, students and parents in various provinces across the country, 79.42% of students did not participate in Discipline Training; 93% of parents said that the expenditure on Discipline Training decreased, of which 76% of family training expenditure decreased by more than half. Reducing the burden outside the school is inseparable from improving the quality inside the school. While regulating the training institutions outside the school, a reform of improving the quality and efficiency of school education and strengthening the role of teaching as the main front is also accelerating. In order to improve the level of operation management, the Ministry of education promoted "structural adjustment and quality improvement" on the basis of "total amount and time control", guided local governments to issue operation design guidelines, and selected and promoted a number of typical cases of local and school operation management; In order to improve the after-school service level, on the basis of "full coverage and wide participation", promote "improving the level and strengthening the security", make overall use of social resources, and work with relevant departments to promote the introduction of 280000 scientific and technological talents, literary and artistic workers, sports coaches and other professionals to participate in after-school services. In Beijing primary school, the idea of "classroom + homework" linkage optimization breaks the traditional mode of "full lecture + after class practice", advocates the classroom structure of "intensive lecture + practice", and leverages the reform of classroom teaching structure with homework. In douhudi primary school in Gongan County, Jingzhou, Hubei Province, 80% of the students are left behind children. After school, the children are often in a "vacuum" without management, attention or guidance. In order to strengthen the after-school trusteeship service, the school has established 13 interest societies and organized professionals to carry out art and sports education, so that children can fully find their own interests and hobbies. At present, 2172 students in the school have been included in the after-school custody service. "Academic guidance, activities, expertise and display, and an hour of after-school care service every day are helping left behind children paint a different color of childhood." According to the statistics of the Ministry of education, in the past year, the control of the total amount and duration of homework in various schools has basically met the specified requirements, and the proportion of students who complete written homework within the specified time has increased from 46% before the "double reduction" to more than 90%. At the same time, after-school services are basically fully covered, with 91.7% of teachers participating in the provision of after-school services, which basically meets the different learning needs of students.
