At the ceremony site of the August 1st building, representatives of troops and civilian personnel lined up in a solemn and warm atmosphere. At 4:00 p.m., 18 soldiers with guns were marching into the hall and standing on both sides. The ceremony began, and the whole audience sang the national anthem. The awarding ceremony ended with a loud military song.
