On July 9, the 2022 graduation ceremony of Nanhai Buddhist College was held in Sanya. 149 graduates successfully completed their studies and graduated successfully. Miao Yanhong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee and head of the United Front Work Department, Liu Dengshan, vice chairman of the CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee, and Yin Shun, vice president of the China Buddhist Association, President of the Hainan Buddhist Association and President of the Nanhai Buddhist College, attended the event and issued graduation certificates to graduate representatives. Nanhai Buddhist College is a four-year undergraduate Buddhist College approved by the State Administration of religious affairs, headed by the United Front Work Department of the Hainan provincial Party committee and sponsored by the Hainan Buddhist Association. It has three teaching departments, namely, the Department of Chinese Buddhism, the Department of management, and the Department of Buddhist art.
