Relying on the characteristic and advantageous resources of the plateau, we should optimize and strengthen modern agriculture and animal husbandry, accelerate the development of agricultural product processing, circulation and rural tourism, realize the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, cultivate and expand the industries that enrich the people in the county, and promote the continuous increase of income of the people out of poverty. We should pay close attention to the key work of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, solidly and steadily promote the construction of rural infrastructure, improve the level of public services, and continue to improve the production and living conditions of farmers and herdsmen.
