Inject bloody courage into the blood of officers and soldiers ■ yangsicong President Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the cultivation of soldiers' bloodiness, and profoundly points out that "in peacetime, soldiers must not be spoiled. A mighty army must be mighty, and soldiers must have bloodiness". As a grass-roots political instructor, I have always kept in mind the instructions and requirements of President Xi Jinping for more than three years. I have put the cultivation of the courage of officers and soldiers in an important position and gone all out to bring a comrade in arms named "post-90s" and "post-00s" into a screaming "little tiger". The radar unit where I work is known as the "clairvoyant eye" of the motherland. Officers and men often fight in radar positions and gallop on the electromagnetic battlefield. Most of the time, they are dealing with radar weapons and information equipment. They don't often smell the smoke of gunpowder. In addition, many people "enter the camp just after leaving school". Therefore, some young officers and men once had a vague understanding of bloody courage. Some people think that "to win the information war, we should fight for brains and technology, not for blocking a loophole or bayonet, and we can't use the blood courage". Some people shout the battle slogan of "two fears", but actually they are afraid of hardship and fatigue, let alone blood, and so on. It is true that with the development of science and technology and the evolution of war forms, the scenes of face-to-face fighting and bayonet popularity will gradually decrease when competing with the enemy. However, war has always been a test of blood and fire, life and death. Soldiers must always be ready to fight and dare to use blood and life to perform their duties and missions. Based on this understanding, I purposely integrated the topic of "blood" into the theme education, regular education and other opportunities, so that officers and soldiers can ask themselves whether "the radar equipment is advanced, and the blood courage is over time" and "if the war breaks out tomorrow, I dare not write a letter of invitation to fight and become a pacesetter" in theoretical study, war example reading and observing reality. I remember in a class, I told you a real example of war. In a border battle that year, the enemy poured more than 300 heavy artillery shells into a radar position in China, leaving more than 530 bullet holes in a radar shelter vehicle. In the face of the enemy's indiscriminate bombing, the officers and men of a radar company vowed to die and completed the task excellently. After the war, the company was awarded the honorary title of "steel radar company" by its superiors. After class, I left a question for everyone: if the officers and men of the company have no courage, can the radar position still be defended? Will the task be completed? If we go to war tomorrow, will we face a similar crisis? Later, I saw some opinions in your education notes. Some people believed that "only when the radar force is full of blood can it ensure that 'people are in the position, people are in the antenna, and people are in the information communication' at any time and under any circumstances", Some people think that "today, the advanced level of radar equipment has been improved, but the law that 'people are the decisive factor in the victory or defeat of the war' has not changed. Only by 'more steel, more air and more hard bones', can we forge a' thousand mile eye 'that can not be crushed and broken". Many other comrades expressed between the lines their determination and attitude to temper their blood and courage with practical actions in the future. Over the past few years, I have led a group of people in the Party branch to actively select and recommend officers and soldiers to participate in major training tasks organized by the higher authorities, so that "hard core" soldiers can grow up in difficult and rigorous training. On one occasion, the superior organized a confrontation drill. After discussion, the branch unanimously recommended wuxiaoqiang, a soldier, to participate in the drill. Wuxiaoqiang has a good professional foundation, but sometimes he is lazy and afraid of hardship and fatigue. In the strong training stage before the drill, I specially talked to him and encouraged him to take this performance as an opportunity to practice his skills and strengthen his fighting spirit and style. Wuxiaoqiang nodded at me. In a training scenario, we simulated that the troops were attacked by the "enemy", resulting in extreme conditions of personnel damage and material shortage. We asked wuxiaoqiang to stick to his position and perform his duties. This is a double test of his psychology and physiology. During this period, he once reached the "extreme" in spirit and body, but he gritted his teeth and stuck to his position, and finally stood the test. After training, he has grown into a bloody soldier. Like wuxiaoqiang, many other soldiers of the company, in the process of bleeding and sweating time and time again and breaking through themselves, have honed their heroic spirit of "fearing no hardship in military service, no tiredness in training and no fear of death in war". At the beginning of the new year, President Xi Jinping issued a training mobilization order to the whole army, requiring that "the commanders and fighters of the whole army should carry forward the fighting spirit of fearing neither hardship nor death, train assiduously, scientifically and safely, strengthen their command ability, improve their fighting skills, strengthen their fighting style, and greet the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with high spirited outlook and first-class military training results". My comrades in arms and I earnestly studied and understood the mobilization order for training, and enthusiastically devoted ourselves to the assessment of practical training. Some comrades were slightly injured and showed high morale and indomitable fighting style. Just as the saying goes, "Qi is the God of the army and courage is the foundation of the army". In order to train the "thousand mile eye" of the battlefield to win the sky, we will continue to hone our excellent skills, sharpen our courage, always be ready to fight, and write a new chapter of building a strong army with a fighting posture!
