"After the visit and investigation, we immediately issued a reminder letter to the relevant departments to urge and guide the joint rectification of multiple departments." Supervision team staff said. After receiving the reminder letter, the Party committee of Pingxiang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and port administration immediately organized multiple departments to study and discuss the scheme and optimize customs clearance measures. In the process of rectification, Chongzuo discipline inspection and supervision organ followed up the rectification progress in real time by means of stationing, looking back and targeted supervision. "In response to the suggestion put forward by the inspection team that 'the number of fresh and live products to be exported in the designated parking area within the jurisdiction should be accurately determined', we further strengthen the monitoring and disinfection and sterilization of goods, and give priority to the customs clearance of the stranded fresh products." According to the relevant person in charge of Pingxiang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and port administration, during the rectification period, the supervision team came to Pingxiang comprehensive bonded zone four times to understand and promote the rectification progress and put forward suggestions. "By continuously optimizing the epidemic prevention and control strategy, we explored and implemented the non-contact customs clearance mode of 'separation of people and goods and segmented transportation', and increased the designated transfer sites, expanded the area of transfer sites, and strengthened the diversion of vehicles." After a week of rectification, the problem of vehicle congestion and detention at the port has been effectively solved, the time for vehicle customs clearance has been significantly shortened, and the customs clearance is basically completed on the same day that import and export trucks enter the port. Since the optimization of customs clearance methods, the number of inbound and outbound vehicles has gradually increased from more than 50 per day to more than 400 today. "The settlement of the port clearance issue does not mean the end of the work." During the return visit, the inspection team learned that the administrative committee of Pingxiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the customs, the frontier inspection, the supervision committee of Pingxiang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Discipline Inspection Committee of Beitou port group also jointly formulated the work plan for the coordinated assistance of clean and honest ports, strengthened the supervision of key areas, key links and key posts of various departments of port management, formed a coordinated and efficient clean and honest port supervision network, and promoted the sustainable and healthy development of port economy.
