It turned out that when assigning posts, Hu Xiaodong originally worked as a crawler chassis repairman in the second repair company, but before long, he was adjusted to be an ordnance man and clerk. At the same time, the company's old paperwork is about to retire, so it is urgent to determine the successor. Hu Xiaodong has high education and strong ability to accept new things. He hopes to work in the army for a long time, so he naturally becomes the best candidate. In the command support company of the artillery battalion, Wang Hui found that another straight recruit Sergeant Tan Xiangyue had a similar experience with Hu Xiaodong. Tan Xiangyue majored in communication at school, with a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge, but lack of practical experience, and his work has not improved since the next company. Looking at his comrades in arms who joined the army in the same year, some became experts in group training and some became "big winners" in technology, Tan Xiangyue was very worried. Just as the company retired, he took the initiative to apply for post adjustment and became a clerk. "How to solve the vacancy problem of communication professional posts?" In the face of Wang Hui's doubt, Cheng Guang, the instructor of the command and support company, admitted that this post has actually been held concurrently by the monitor Qu Jiantao, and "did a good job". There are vacancies in the staffing posts, but there are enough people in the actual work. Wang Hui then conducted a survey on the situation of the directly recruited non commissioned officers of the whole brigade. The results were not unexpected. For various reasons, there were not a few directly recruited non commissioned officers who were adjusted to professional positions such as clerical and driver, and some even worked across disciplines for a long time. Wang Hui brought this situation to the class handover meeting of the brigade, which immediately attracted the attention of the brigade Party committee. At the same time, strengthen the talent reserve, strengthen the training of clerical, ordnance, driver and other post personnel through centralized training and taking the old with the new, so as to avoid directly recruited sergeants being involved in other work. With the successive implementation of rectification measures, a total of 12 directly recruited sergeants of the brigade were adjusted to professional counterparts, and the backbone role soon appeared.
