On the early morning of April 2, the sky over Lhasa, Tibet was as blue as a wash. Tibetan Buddhist believers turned along Bako street and stopped at the entrance of the thousand Buddha corridor of the Jokhang Temple. A group of monks in crimson cassocks entered the Jokhang Temple in order. On the morning of the same day, the ceremony for the establishment and certification of the degree of gesirajangba of Tibetan Buddhist monks in 2022 in the Tibet Autonomous Region was held in Jokhang Temple. A total of 13 examiners participated in the establishment and defense. At about 8 o'clock, with the smoke curling up, the members of the evaluation committee and the accompanying monks of each temple successively entered the thousand Buddha corridor of Jokhang Temple, took their seats in turn and recited the Scriptures together. At 9:00, the defense officially began. The examiners had a fierce defense for nearly three hours around the contents of the five classics of Tibetan Buddhism put forward by the accompanying monks. After the strict evaluation of the evaluation committee, all 13 examiners obtained the degree of gesirajemba.
