The person in charge of tanqiao Food Co., Ltd. said: "the preservatives in the pickled vegetables we make now exceed the standard, and generally exceed 2 to 10 times in summer." Jinrui Food Co., Ltd. is a large sauerkraut processing enterprise in Huarong County. It also processes laotan sauerkraut for some food enterprises. The person in charge of production admitted that the pickled vegetables collected from farmers will go through multiple processes such as cleaning, jar seven-day fermentation and shredding. It is difficult to find some impurities with the naked eye.
