China's economy is still in the process of recovery and development after the severe impact of sudden epidemic, and many new changes have taken place in the situation at home and abroad, making it more difficult to maintain the stable operation of the economy. *** First, maintain the continuity and pertinence of macro policies and promote the economic operation to remain within a reasonable range. Macro policies should meet the needs of cross cyclical adjustment, maintain the necessary support for economic recovery, and consider reserving policy space for coping with difficulties and challenges this year. Establish a normalized direct financial fund mechanism and include 2.8 trillion yuan of central financial funds into the direct range. Optimize the issuance and use of local government special bonds. We effectively implemented a prudent monetary policy, comprehensively lowered the reserve requirement twice, and promoted the reduction of loan interest rates. We will promote the prevention and resolution of local government debt risks in an orderly manner and handle major financial risk events in a prudent manner.
