He stressed that trying to intimidate or put undue pressure on judges trying "amendment storm" cases or national security cases is a direct and flagrant affront to the rule of law and judicial independence, which must be condemned, and many people in the society have also denounced it. "I must stress that these attempts to intimidate or pressure the judges are futile and empty. The work of the court has not been affected at all, and the judges are just as before." Zheng ruohua, Secretary for justice of the HKSAR government, said at the opening ceremony that 2022 is the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR. Hong Kong's constitutional order is based on "one country", which has been consolidated and strengthened in the past two years. The main purpose of the promulgation and implementation of the national security law of Hong Kong is clear and clear, which is to protect national security, prevent and curb acts endangering national security, and protect human rights stipulated in the basic law of Hong Kong.
