Based on comprehensive judgment, the development of digital economy is of great significance and a strategic choice to grasp the new opportunities of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform. First, the healthy development of digital economy is conducive to promoting the construction of a new development pattern. The important task of building a new development pattern is to enhance the momentum of economic development and smooth the economic cycle.
