After class homework design should follow the "142" principle

How can schools improve students' learning efficiency through high-quality homework after "double reduction"? Combined with the actual research of the school, the "142" homework design principle of "one design idea, four combination and two comprehensive coverage" was determined. The school designs in class and extracurricular learning activities as a whole, and organically combines extracurricular homework with classroom teaching. The school requires that homework should reflect the core quality of the discipline, pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability, and replace simple, mechanical and repeated low-quality homework with less and accurate high-quality homework, so as to achieve "load reduction and quality improvement". In terms of operation design, we should reflect the "Four Combinations", that is, the operation design should be based on the combination of routine and stage, regulation and autonomy, knowledge and interest, practice and humanity. The operation shall realize "two comprehensive coverage". Specifically, the knowledge, ability and accomplishment in the unit should be fully covered and focused; Students at different levels should have full coverage of hierarchical personalized homework and have margin. Through systematic selection, adaptation and creation of assignments that conform to the discipline learning law and reflect the discipline core literacy orientation, the discipline teaching and research group gradually forms a unit work set suitable for the characteristics of the school's academic situation, and finally establishes the discipline unit work resource database. Under the guidance of "142" homework design principle, each teacher learns to improve the ability of independently designing homework, selects the homework content, accurately designs the homework, and reasonably determines the number and difficulty of homework. Chen Xiuzhen said that before assigning homework, the teacher should first do the homework himself, estimate the difficulty of the homework and the duration of students' completion according to the experience of completing the homework, and carry out menu classification. In the actual assignment, the assignment should be completed before class, the menu layout should be carried out according to the actual situation of students, and the content menu and corresponding completion time range should be provided for students at different levels to guide students at all levels to make their own choices. The school also prepares daily operation record sheet to realize all-round supervision of operation. The school uniformly designs the template of students' homework record sheet for students to record their daily homework and completion. The items of the operation record sheet include: subject, operation content, estimated time, actual time, independent arrangement, bedtime, parents' message, etc. The Academic Affairs Office monitors the quality of homework of each discipline of each grade through the pre assignment list of homework for next week submitted by the lesson preparation team of each discipline of each grade every week, coordinates the total amount of homework of students in each class every day, and ensures that students' homework is reduced and improved; At the same time, the Academic Affairs Office also monitors the implementation of discipline high-quality operation management by checking the class logs recorded by the class learning committee members.
