The specification puts forward clear requirements for catering safety management in the process of providing catering services through the city's network, and many contents involve hot issues concerned by consumers. The "specification" stipulates the general requirements, platform management, meal supply requirements and distribution requirements of catering safety management in the process of providing catering services through the network, covering all links of online catering services. The reporter of Beijing Youth Daily noted that in the requirements for online catering service providers, the "specification" clearly puts forward that online catering service providers should have fixed business places, and the layout of the places should meet the requirements of the specification for the layout of catering service places of catering service units. At the same time, meals shall not be entrusted or subcontracted to other units or personnel. The "specification" also defines the temperature of delivered food and the types of unsuitable delivered food.
