From January 1, 2022, Henan Province will adjust the minimum wage standard of the whole province. The monthly minimum wage standard of the three administrative regions will be adjusted from the original 1900 yuan, 1700 yuan and 1500 yuan to 2000 yuan, 1800 yuan and 1600 yuan respectively, and the hourly minimum wage standard will be adjusted from the original 19 yuan, 17 yuan and 15 yuan to 19.6 yuan, 17.6 yuan and 15.6 yuan respectively. According to relevant regulations, the minimum wage standards in various localities shall be adjusted at least once every two to three years. The determination and adjustment of the monthly minimum wage standard shall refer to the minimum living expenses of local employees and their dependants, the consumer price index of urban residents, the social insurance premium and housing accumulation fund paid by employees, the average wage of employees, the level of economic development, employment status and other factors.
