This year, Gome officially launched the strategy of "full retail ecological sharing platform". The main implementation path of this strategy is to build and aggregate six platforms: online, offline, supply chain, logistics, big data / cloud, and sharing. In terms of online platform, it is positioned as "online shopping mall + local life service + social content", and takes true happiness as the first "main battlefield", including the entry of commodities from investment promotion, self-supporting, customization and agent operating companies, so as to realize the display and sales of all categories and full amount of SKUs. The supply chain platform is operated in the mode of retail thinking + Internet platform. Through five modes of investment attraction, self support, customization, agent operation and distribution, it expands a large number of commodities and creates a full category large-scale procurement platform integrating various commodities, various transaction modes and different industries and platform rules. Logistics platform is a supporting logistics service system built around Gome retail. Through the matching ability of the platform, a socialized, open and shared platform logistics service supply chain capability is established on the basis of internal service in the asset light mode; The big data platform mainly serves the overall business philosophy of Gome retail, provides more data support for business, and realizes the intelligent business model of data management; The sharing and co construction platform is a full link open retail resource distribution and marketing integration platform of supplier (s) - platform (P) - retailer (b) - promoter (b) - seller (c). In Gome's strategic layout, the six platforms not only operate independently, but also cooperate, assist and empower each other to form a Gome ecosystem with full category, full scene, full channel, full link and commodity life cycle management, and jointly build a "full retail ecosystem sharing platform". Fang Wei, senior vice president of Gome retail, believes that Gome will focus on experience, platform operation ability and incubation ability. In October, Gome retail obtained the five high-quality asset custody rights of Gome Home, Gome wine cellar, dressing home, Anxin logistics and sharing by means of custody agreement, laying a solid foundation for Gome retail to build a "full retail ecological sharing platform". "Gome has always insisted on serving customers well. No matter what industry it will expand to in the future, this will never change. After optimization, a new model will be formed, which will also reduce costs and increase efficiency around the whole supply chain, serve the whole chain, and finally serve consumers well and let consumers enjoy products with better cost performance." Although Gome is accelerating to explore its own market positioning in the wave of the times, when it comes to the changes of Gome, Huang Guangyu still believes that some "invariants" are always adhered to.
