The Ministry of agriculture and rural areas revealed on December 28 that the national routine monitoring (risk monitoring) data of agricultural products quality and safety in 2021 showed that the qualified rate of routine monitoring of agricultural products in 2021 was 97.6%, and the quality and safety situation of agricultural products in China remained stable as a whole. This is also the main reason why the qualified rate of routine monitoring of agricultural products has remained above 97% for seven consecutive years. It is reported that in 2021, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas organized and carried out three national routine monitoring on the quality and safety of agricultural products. Throughout the year, a total of 2095 vegetable, fruit and tea production bases, 1340 vegetable and fruit trucks, 634 slaughterhouses, 443 farms in 200 large and medium-sized cities in 31 provinces were monitored 1778 aquatic product transport vehicles or temporary ponds, 2086 agricultural product wholesale (agricultural trade) markets, and 114 varieties, 130 parameters and 22127 samples of vegetables, fruits, tea, livestock and poultry products and aquatic products were sampled. The monitoring results showed that the qualified rates of vegetables, fruits, tea, livestock and poultry products and aquatic products were 97.1%, 96.5%, 98%, 98.8% and 96.9% respectively. From the monitoring varieties, among the vegetables sampled, all aquatic vegetables are qualified, and the qualified rates of cabbage, edible fungi, root vegetables, eggplant fruits and melons are 99.9%, 99.2%, 98.7%, 98.7% and 98.6% respectively. Among the livestock and poultry products sampled, the qualified rates of pork, pig liver, beef, mutton, poultry meat and eggs were 99.4%, 99.4%, 98.5%, 99.6%, 98.8% and 97.4% respectively. Among the bulk aquaculture aquatic products sampled, tilapia and silver carp are all qualified, and the qualified rates of Bighead, prawn and mandarin fish are 99.8%, 99.5% and 98.6% respectively. According to the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, the monitoring results have been notified to all localities, and local agricultural and rural departments are required to investigate and deal with problematic products, analyze the causes of problems, and carry out hidden danger investigation and rectification. At the same time, we will make arrangements for the quality and safety of agricultural products during the Winter Olympic Games, the winter Paralympic Games and the "two festivals", organize and carry out supervision and random inspection, severely crack down on the use of banned and restricted drugs in planting, breeding and slaughtering, strictly control the excessive residue of conventional agricultural and veterinary drugs in listed agricultural products, and ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the people. It is understood that in recent years, the agricultural and rural departments have continuously increased their efforts to promote the quality and safety of agricultural products to maintain a steady and good development trend.
