Over the past year, the Chinese army has adhered to seeking progress while maintaining stability, seeking a situation of peaceful development, promoting win-win cooperation, actively planning military relations among major countries, and striving to shape an overall stable strategic situation. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Sino Russian Treaty of good neighborliness, friendship and cooperation. *** There is no end to Sino Russian strategic cooperation, only a March. Sino US military relations have remained generally stable despite ups and downs. In developing relations between the two armed forces, China's sovereignty, dignity and core interests are inviolable.
