The circular pointed out that the bank had seven types of violations: first, the publicity of Internet loan interest rate was not standardized, which infringed on consumers' right to know. Second, the appropriateness management is not standardized, and the products sold to individual customers are higher than their risk tolerance, which infringes on consumers' right to property security. Third, tying personal accident insurance to individual loan customers infringes on consumers' right of independent choice. Fourth, the format contract forces customers to accept cross selling and infringes upon consumers' right to fair trade. Fifth, illegal inquiry, storage, transmission and use of personal customer information infringe upon consumers' right to information security. Sixth, collect fees from individual customers in violation of regulations. Seventh, transfer costs to loan customers in violation of regulations. "The relevant problems pointed out in the notice of the CBRC reflect that there are still deficiencies and weak links in the process of providing better financial services for financial consumers, and the lack of accuracy and refinement in the protection of consumers' rights and interests." Huaxia Bank responded: "in this regard, we further unified our thinking, improved our understanding, adhered to top-down and self pressurization, comprehensively sorted out similar businesses and similar problems, and did a solid job in rectification and improvement." Huaxia Bank also said that it would take this regulatory circular as an important opportunity and follow it, strictly implement the regulatory provisions, pay more attention to the protection of consumers' rights and interests, deeply integrate into corporate governance, deeply promote compliance and stable operation, deepen and improve the construction of systems and mechanisms, and deeply cultivate enterprise culture, Provide more adequate protection for the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers with high-quality financial services.
