Recently, the Ministry of transport and Hebei Provincial Government jointly issued the standard system for supporting the high-quality development of transportation in xiong'an New District (hereinafter referred to as the system), which aims to help create "xiong'an quality" with a high-level standard system and speed up the construction of a leading area of a powerful transportation country. The system contains 60 standards, including 17 issued, 6 under research and 37 to be compiled. They are all local standards of xiong'an new area, which are divided into four parts: planning and design, construction implementation, operation management and relevant standards, and specify the name, level and recommended implementation time of each standard. The frame structure and numbering method are determined according to the relevant requirements of the national standard principles and requirements for the preparation of standard system table. According to the system, by 2023, the transportation standard system framework of xiong'an new area will be preliminarily constructed. Complete the construction standards of comprehensive transportation hub and urban public transport infrastructure, as well as the service standards of passenger transportation, logistics and express delivery, support the construction of internal and external transportation infrastructure in the new area, and promote the demonstration and application of high-quality public transport in the new area. By 2025, the transportation standard system of xiong'an new area will be further improved. Complete the construction standards of smart green roads, tourist channels and barrier free facilities, as well as the development of service standards such as intelligent perception and intelligent travel services, support the application of advanced technologies such as intelligent network connection and vehicle road coordination, improve the quality of transportation services, and promote the construction of a leading area of transportation power in xiong'an new area.
