The ROK is putting forward three suggestions on Deepening China Russia energy cooperation. Third, strengthen cooperation in global energy governance and climate change response, adhere to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, practice multilateralism, promote the development of the global energy governance system in a more equitable, inclusive and inclusive direction, and make positive contributions to climate change response.
