Fortune (Chinese version) distributed the questionnaire of "most admired Chinese companies" to 51696 Chinese enterprise managers through the Internet. Each respondent had to fill out a two-part questionnaire. The first part is to score candidates in the same industry according to the industry of the respondents. The top five with the highest comprehensive scores enter the industry list. The second part is to select the most respected company in the eyes of all the candidate companies, regardless of industry. The 50 companies with the highest comprehensive scores were listed in the all-star list of "most appreciated Chinese companies".
