In the long run, we can also provide sustained and stable support to outstanding young technology talents and teams through targeted delegation and other means. From the perspective of 'bold use', we should support young scientific and technological talents to participate in scientific and technological decision-making. For example, Zhu Pingping, a senior engineer from the 11th office of the General Department of the First Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, born in 1989, proposed a new idea in the research of rocket engine propellants. "No one ignored this suggestion because of my junior experience," and ultimately successfully obtained key data. Appropriate pressure can stimulate people's potential and provide young scientific and technological talents with more opportunities to take on leadership roles. We need to further break the rules and regulations, allowing them to endure hardships and grow their talents in key positions and major projects. From Qian Xuesen and Deng Jiaxian to Yuan Longping and Tu Youyou, all of them studied diligently with the spirit of opening the way to mountains and building bridges by water, and achieved great success.
