Miao Wei believes that accelerating the legislation of the Health Technology Assessment Law, building a comprehensive and hierarchical HTA legal system, improving the HTA assessment institution system, strengthening the construction and management of expert databases, and establishing a unified national data sharing platform can provide solid legal support for medical technology management innovation, resource optimization and allocation, and public health security through legislation.
