On the 23rd, Guangxi, China and Laos held a signing ceremony in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, to jointly establish the China Laos Artificial Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Center. This is the first artificial intelligence cooperation and innovation platform signed between China and ASEAN countries, aimed at systematically enhancing Laos' basic capabilities in the era of intelligence and empowering the development of various industries in Laos. According to the Guangxi delegation participating in the signing, the project was promoted by both China and Laos, and the entire process from negotiation to signing was completed in a relatively short period of time, fully demonstrating the firm consensus and efficient execution of deepening cooperation in the field of intelligence between the two countries. This achievement reflects the pragmatic attitude of China and Laos in jointly grasping the development opportunities of artificial intelligence, and is a typical case of both sides responding to the China ASEAN Joint Statement on Promoting the Establishment of a Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Ecological Cooperation. It is reported that Guangxi and ASEAN countries have jointly established the China ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Center, aiming to implement the Chinese government's "Artificial Intelligence Capacity Building Inclusive Plan" and promote the inclusive and inclusive development of global artificial intelligence.
