On the evening of January 23rd local time, our support base in Djibouti held a Spring Festival cultural exchange activity with the theme of "Talking, Communicating, Cooperating, and Celebrating the Spring Festival Together". More than 100 guests from Djibouti's military and political departments, foreign troops stationed in Djibouti, our embassy in Djibouti, and Chinese enterprises were invited to attend. This event revolves around celebrating the 46th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kyrgyzstan and the Chinese Lunar New Year, aiming to reminisce about traditional friendship, deepen friendly relations between China and Kyrgyzstan, and enhance mutual trust and understanding with the military forces of various countries stationed in Kyrgyzstan. During the event, traditional Chinese cultural programs such as lion dance, Tai Chi, and Sichuan opera face changing were exciting and diverse, while distinctive cultural and artistic performances such as joint singing of Chinese and foreign songs and instrumental performances were captivating. The chorus of "Eternal Friendship" by young students from Djibouti and representatives of our troops pushed the atmosphere of the scene to a climax. At the event site, interactive experience projects such as Chinese medicine, calligraphy and Paper Cuttings were also set up to promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries and enhance the understanding of Chinese traditional culture by all parties.
