During this golden period of consumption before and after the Spring Festival, how vendors increase their sales and how consumers shop conveniently is not only a simple economic issue also related to people's livelihood.

Over the years, law enforcement departments across the country have strictly cracked down on vendors setting up stalls outside their stores. On the one hand this is to prevent vendors from occupying public space and affecting the travel of citizens. It is also to maintain the environmental cleanliness and even the appearance of the city. Thus the "three-package system" came into being, and some places upgraded it to the "five-package system". From the perspective of building a civilized city, it is to regulate the management of vendors in front of their stores.
However, regulating the management of vendors in front of their stores should not rely entirely on rigid measures, but also incorporate flexible thinking or elastic thinking.
