According to the conference deployment, the Radio and Television and Network Audiovisual Boutique Creation Project will be implemented by 2025, and the overall plan and policy measures will be improved. Promote systematic reform of radio and television media, vigorously streamline and optimize channel frequencies, and resolutely rectify the problem of illegal broadcasting of medical advertisements. Implement the integrated development project of broadcasting, television, and listening, construct a new type of broadcasting and television network that includes infrastructure network, content service network, and monitoring and supervision network, and complete the integration of "one province, one network" in the remaining 8 provinces, promoting the innovative integration application of generative artificial intelligence. Significant achievements have been made in promoting the end-to-end development of ultra high definition, ensuring that users with large and small screens can truly experience ultra high definition. Consolidate, deepen and expand the management of complex charges and operations for TV "nesting dolls", promote the integrated deployment of a remote control and TV set-top box, and achieve the fundamental goal. Strengthen the construction of the regulatory system, accelerate the legislation of the Radio and Television Law, formulate and revise a number of rules and normative documents, and enhance the comprehensive governance capacity of the industry. Systematically promote security protection, strengthen content security, network security, and data security management, and build a new security protection system. Accelerate the construction of the national emergency broadcasting system to better utilize emergency broadcasting. Building an international broadcasting and audiovisual communication system, enhancing communication effectiveness, and serving the overall diplomatic situation. (New Society)
