The realization of the sense of gain in the rule of law cannot be separated from the promotion of reform, and the further deepening of reforms in the field of the rule of law will inevitably be based on the sense of gain of the people. Only by implementing the construction of the rule of law system that reflects the interests and aspirations of the people, safeguards their rights and interests, and enhances their well-being, can we better safeguard the people's aspirations for a better life in the reform.
