The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party adopted the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist of China on Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting the Modernization of China" pointed out: "Accelerate the construction of Chinese discourse and Chinese narrative, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of international communication." In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to innovate the ways of external publicity, focus on creating concepts, new categories, and new expressions that integrate Chinese and foreign elements, tell good Chinese stories, and spread good Chinese voices. Specifically in the field of diplomacy it means to enhance the comprehensive understanding of China's image in the international community by innovating the concept system of Chinese diplomatic discourse; to form a three-dimensional for showcasing China's image by expanding the channels for spreading Chinese diplomatic discourse; and to build a story model for shaping the true image of China by optimizing the narrative of Chinese diplomatic discourse, thereby effectively promoting the security of our national image.
