On December 19, the Supreme People's Court released four typical cases of courts' protection of the rights and interests of Taiwan compatri. The typical cases involve cross-strait marine ecological protection, protection of investment rights and interests of Taiwan businesspeople, intellectual property protection, and resolution of Taiwan-related at the source. These cases fully reflect the courts' continuous efforts and achievements in implementing the same treatment for Taiwan compatriots and enterprises, equally protecting the legitimate and interests of compatriots on both sides of the strait, and actively serving the integrated development of the two sides in the field of cross-strait judicial.
