In early December, the "Ten Thousand Miles of Equipment and Maintenance Tour" organized by the Joint Logistics Support Force's Military Supply Energy Quality Supervision Station was successfully completed. This event lasted for more than 4 months, with multiple "loading inspection and repair service teams" composed of logistics support department officers, soldiers, and technical personnel selected from manufacturers participating. The loading inspection service work was extended from the manufacturer's supply end to the military's use end, further enhancing the full process support and control capabilities of the loading inspection service. During the event, in order to solve the problem of equipment damage caused by practical training, relevant equipment manufacturers specially dispatched personnel to set up dismantling, repair, and modification service centers to provide cleaning, maintenance, replacement, and repair services for officers and soldiers, and to promote knowledge of equipment maintenance. On the basis of collecting opinions on the use of equipment from officers and soldiers online in the early stage and listening to feedback on problems, relevant departments of the military collected and understood the feelings and opinions of grassroots officers and soldiers on the use of equipment through holding symposiums, distributing survey questionnaires, random visits, etc., and included relevant information in the evaluation system to urge manufacturers to continuously improve the quality of service guarantee. It is understood that in the past, the quality inspection of general equipment in our military was mainly carried out by relevant departments of the military to the supply side of manufacturers for control. With the development and changes of the situation and tasks, the traditional quality inspection mode is no longer able to meet the needs of officers and soldiers for military training and preparation. To this end, under the guidance of the Joint Logistics Support Force, relevant departments of the force coordinate with manufacturers to establish a full life responsibility system for quality supervision and inspection of military supplies, regularly supervise manufacturers to go deep into the grassroots front line to track and understand product quality, listen to feedback from officers and soldiers, and integrate grassroots needs into the design and production of loaded materials. On this basis, we will attempt to explore a full process guarantee and control system for the quality inspection service of clothing, gradually improving the satisfaction of officers and soldiers with the use of clothing. In practice, relevant departments of the military have started with the construction of institutional mechanisms, established quality evaluation mechanisms, and timely feedback the evaluation results to the user end and procurement department; Improve the supervision mechanism and methods for material ordering in the catalog, keep abreast of the production and shipping dynamics of materials in real time, and promptly conduct material factory inspections and quality spot checks during the production process of finished products; Establish a material quality traceability mechanism, develop a series of technical standards, utilize rapid material identification and appraisal technology, and achieve quality management throughout the entire life cycle of the packaging; Promote the construction of the military supply quality inspection module in the installation information system, achieve real-time monitoring of quality inspection status, and provide early warning of quality risks. At the same time, relevant departments also leverage the advantages of professional testing institutions, actively cooperate with third-party testing institutions, and strengthen supervision of the quality management system of the packaging supply side; Effectively connecting various work processes and forming a good situation of joint management of equipment quality; Establish a sound after-sales service supervision system, transform the single quality inspection department's inspection and supervision into joint supervision by officers and soldiers, and shift from manufacturers passively accepting inspections to actively listening to feedback and soliciting opinions from the military and frontline.
