We will make every effort to promote the implementation of the "two new" work in the agricultural and rural areas, make good use of the super long term special treasury bond to support the scrapping and updating of old agricultural machinery, continue to optimize the subsidy policy for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery, promote the "optimization of machinery and compensation", help farmers use advanced agricultural machinery at a lower cost, and promote the iterative upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment.
