Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, emphasized during the study session that promoting the modernization of the border governance system and governance capacity is an essential part of Chinese style modernization. Xi Jinping emphasized the need to adhere to the implementation of the Party's comprehensive leadership in all aspects and processes of border governance. Relevant departments should take their respective responsibilities, be brave enough to take on responsibilities, closely cooperate, and form a joint force. Xi Jinping pointed out that in promoting Chinese style modernization, not a single border area should be left behind. We will extensively practice the core socialist values, guide the people of all ethnic groups in border areas to constantly enhance their recognition of the great motherland, the Chinese nation, Chinese culture, the CPC, and socialism with Chinese characteristics, and build a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation. Adhere to and improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all ethnic groups.
